What a year 2020 has been, with such unchartered territory for us all!
With the countdown to Christmas underway, naturally it’s a time to reflect and give thanks. I would like to take the opportunity to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for your continued business. I would also like to thanks those of you who trusted in us and joined our company in 2020 as well.
It has been a difficult year for many, both personally and in business, yet a small amount of businesses have thrived.
Together, we have made it through. We as a company have strived to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations and I truly believe through this exercise in humility we have strengthened both our offering and understanding of the market. There are times when the supply chain tests us all and currently this is a global issue. To see the supply chain in New Zealand congested and stretched to two weeks at POAL has certainly tested some business owners but it's a good time to remind ourselves there are so many other countries far worse off than us. We very much tend to forget where we live and I know myself and many of you are very thankful New Zealand is home.
I would like to take this opportunity again to thank you for your support throughout this year and wish you a safe and relaxing holiday season. We look forward to being of service to you in 2021. We will be working through, as per our previous emails around operating hours.
