This year both Easter and ANZAC Day fall within a 7-day period, and this will put significant pressure on all parties within the supply chain.
This will likely present challenges as businesses close during this holiday period, however, vessel operations will continue as normal.
We anticipate congestion immediately after the holiday weekend. Planning ahead for deliveries to and from the ports will ensure container movements continue to operate smoothly. Please make sure your teams are well informed of this. Nexus Logistics will not be liable for detention or demurrage and/or futile trips incurred, due to capacity issues or as a result of delays beyond our control.
