Chief Executive Officer

Darcy joined the Nexus team in December 2020 as GM of Sales & Marketing and was later appointed CEO of Nexus and Conlinxx. He has more than 25 years' experience in transport and logistics and has worked in various senior and executive roles within the industry, including roles within Tapper Transport and Coda Group; he was GM Business Development, GM NZ Operations and Interim CEO at the latter. He was a Director of Metrobox from 2019-2020. Darcy thrives on customer engagement, ensuring that the waste within the supply chain is eliminated by creating new solutions and thinking outside the normal logistics model. Outside of the logistics industry, he is a senior station officer at the Pukekohe Fire Station and enjoys family time and camping.

GM Safety and People

With the responsibility of ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the entire Nexus Logistics team, Anton knows no two days are the same in the logistics industry. He also holds responsibility for people and culture within the business. Anton has spent 17 years working in health, safety and management across the construction, FMCG, government and transport industries. Anton holds an MBA (Auckland) and an Advanced Diploma in OHS (Sydney). On a day off you’ll find Anton coaching netball, in the kitchen and supporting the Blues and Warriors.

GM 3PL Supply Chain

Lee boasts an impressive 25-year track record in enhancing supply chain management across diverse sectors in New Zealand and the UK. As a seasoned general manager, he prioritises efficiency and safety. With a decade-long focus on the wharf cartage industry, Lee emphasises a customer-centric approach, whilst ensuring the well-being of his team is paramount. Lee is also a proud dad to three boys, shares a family passion for travel and actively supports their hometown football team.

GM Finance

Wayne joined the team in 2024, bringing over 20 years’ experience in senior and executive roles. Throughout his career, he has operated across a diverse array of sectors, including FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, Property, and Aviation. He is solutions-orientated and thrives on driving efficiency and optimisation strategies. Outside of the office, Wayne enjoys spending time at home with his wife and kids. With a family who love football, he’s often found on the sideline supporting his kids.

Commercial & Finance Manager

As Commercial & Finance Manager at Nexus Logistics, Ricky works across finance, data, and commercial strategy to help the business make better decisions. He brings over seven years’ experience across finance and analytics and focuses on using data and financial insight to drive better decisions and business performance. Outside the office, Ricky enjoys travelling and exploring new places with his wife, always on the lookout for the next adventure. He’s a keen football and basketball fan and enjoys spending time cooking.

GM Commercial and 4PL

Ben leads the Business Development and 4PL teams, focusing on building strong industry relationships and delivering exceptional service to customers. He thrives in the dynamic, fast-paced world of logistics and brings over 15 years of experience across both domestic and international freight. Outside the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his kids, mountain biking, and getting out on the water.

National 4PL Manager

With over 20 years in the logistics industry, Melissa brings extensive experience and a passion for supply chain operations to her role as 4PL National Manager. She is known for her practical, people-focused approach and enjoys working with teams and partners to improve efficiency and solve everyday logistics challenges.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys travelling overseas, spending time with animals, and getting outdoors - especially walking or being near the sea.

Business Development Manager

With his out of the box thinking, Oliver is a solutions architect – he’s in the business of finding a way through for our customers. He specialises in new business, focusing on streamlining landside logistics. Previously, Oliver has worked in 4PL and 3PL solutions across transport, crossdocking and warehousing. Outside of the 9 to 5, Oliver enjoys New Zealand’s great outdoors with friends and family.

Business Development Manager - LNI

With a strong background in landside logistics, Adam combines operational knowledge with a focus on sales and business development. His experience includes working closely with clients to understand their supply chain needs, coordinating container movements between ports, transport providers, and distribution networks, and developing practical logistics solutions that add value. Adam is passionate about building long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping businesses move freight efficiently through every stage of the landside supply chain.

Business Development Manager

Kath joined the Nexus team in 2024, bringing with her many years of experience in the transport and logistics industry with a key emphasis on building strong relationships with her customers while providing consistent support both internally and externally.

Kath is highly customer-focused and is passionate about providing seamless solutions within this fast-paced industry and takes pride in delivering great service.

Outside of work, she enjoys entertaining family and friends, often bringing people together over good food and homemade treats.

Key Account Manager

Since joining Nexus in early 2017, Claire has gained valuable experience across all areas of the business. She prides herself on being customer-focused and committed to finding solutions. Hailing from the UK and having spent time working in Southeast Asia, Claire brings a diverse foundation in account management and thrives on building relationships with people from all walks of life. Outside of the logistics world, Claire enjoys exploring the beauty of Aotearoa, and discovering the best pubs the country has to offer with her family and dog.
