As we head toward Queen's Birthday weekend, we would like to advise some important operating times and closures for the South Auckland Freight Hub (SAFH), Nexus, Conlinxx dispatch and transport fleet.
Please find below our operating hours over the 2019 Queen's Birthday break.
Nexus Logistics are committed to providing a superior service during the Queen’s Birthday break. Therefore, please advise us ASAP of any impending deliveries and/or any deliveries that may require urgency or special attention during this time.
The more notice you can provide will allow Nexus to plan. Should you require container movements outside these hours please contact your Business Development Manager.
Empty Dehires
For empty dehires between Saturday 1st June and Tuesday 4th June, please send requests to Nexus Logistics no later than 1pm Friday 31st May. Requests received after 1pm Friday 31st May will be dehired and/or actioned on Tuesday 4th June.
Any empty container dehire requests or notifications received after these dates will risk delays due to the holiday period, coupled with restricted operating hours at empty depot yards.
Whilst all efforts will be made for timely dehires, Nexus Logistics will not be held liable for any detention incurred as a result of late dehire notices and/or restricted container yard bookings.
Please ensure that you are aware of your empty dehire yard and the operational hours associated with these sites during this period to avoid any unnecessary charges.
